Shipping
Custom orders are shipped within 4 to 6 weeks generally and if the items are in stock, shipped within 5 business days. The cost of shipping items in Canada is 10.00 and 25.00 to the states. Please call or email for shipping costs elsewhere.

Privacy
We take great care in ensuring that your information is kept private. We guarantee that your personal information is never used by or sold to third parties.

Payments
We accept Visa and Master Card (In-Store and Online). American Express, Debit and Cash (In-Store).

Taxes
5% GST is charged anywhere in Canada. 8% RST is charged to anywhere shipped in Ontario.

Warranty/Guarantee
We pride ourselves on creating hand made jewellery with the greatest of care. We will repair or replace any item that has a manufacturing defect free of charge within one year of purchase. Proof of purchase must accompany item to be repaired under warranty. General wear and tear of items may be returned to us for repair or refurbishing however, there may be a cost. Please call for pricing. Shipping charges may be applied.

Returns
Custom work can not be returned. In stock items may be returned for store credit.
